Instructions for use:
- Trim ti fit if necessary. Cut along the outline that matches your shoe size or use your original insole as a guide.
- For best results, remove the existing insole and replace it with this Gel Sole energizing insert with the gel side down.
- Replace the insoles when showing signs of wear. (Every 6 months is recommended)
