Will the dropship price change?
Yes, all dropship price will reviewed on every year on July
Will the shipping cost change?
Yes, all postage will reviewed on every year on July
How can I get the product image?
You can obtain a access with nominate email and download the image
How can I get all the product details?

Orders
What is the return/ refund policy?
Customer cancel / change of minds?
Refund the cost of goods only after product return back to warehouse in resalable condition
Customer recieved wrong item?
We will resend the correct one and get the wrong item back, no extra charge
Item danmaged in transit?
Fully refund to customer with proof of damage image, including package box and product
Item faulty or defective?
Fully refund to customer with proof of faulty / defective image
Item shortage?
We will resend the missing one, no extra charge
Item RTS (return to sender) due to incomplete/wrong address / customer did not pickup from LPO / Deport?
Refund the cost of goods only after product return back to warehouse in resalable condition
When will my order dispatched after payment clear?
Order will dispatched within 24 hours in business days, all order placed on Friday afternoon will dispatch on Monday morning
Can I cancel my order?
If a delivery has already been dispatched and tracking information is available, attempting to cancel it is possible, but success is not guaranteed

If order still pending, you can cancel it via email, attached with your order confirmation
Can I change the deliver address after obtain tracking?
Yes, if redirect success, you will charged $10+GST
Can I recall the deliver?
Yes, if recall success, you will charged $10+GST

Standard: $9.95 inGST
Express: $15 inGST
All price including: labour fee, material fee, label fee and postage
